Try to block them of when they are trying to disengage,

You can calso trap enemys in your tower for some free gold and adding bounty to yourself but you should always take the lasthit

When laning try to help the enemy where they need your help, and dont hesitate to follow someone on your team that is trying to get away from you.

If your Jungler needs help lasthitting junglecamps, dont hold back and help him with your Smite.

After the enemy is at your inhib tower , you are able to close the entrance of your base whenever a teammate goes out of it to CS.

you can also use ZZ'Rod to block a whole lane

Double Tab R and use your autohits to get your W cooldown reduced Faster.
