Presence of mind isn't really useful for Trundle Jungle since you get mana regen on jungle and Blue buff, I never had any issue with mana. Trundle top on the other way must go PoM, yes. Tenacity is most of the time better and last stand as well. Bone plating and Revitalize is spot on, really good keystones that I don't see much players using. I prefer ghost over flash in 100% of Trundle games, even going exhaust in certain jungle matchups. Other thing I don't see musch is W max first, in my experience is billions of times better than Q max.
