Quick Mental Note

This build is by no means, overpowered nor unbeatable, but it is made so that you can carry a team while still having some properties of a tank by taking multiple hits from people when engaging the enemy.

Beginning Game

In the beginning you want to get your puny armor and go out into the field and do your usual of creep farming and harassing the enemy. If you're lucky enough to have someone who can take the damage for you (such as a tank), it's safe to say you can get the credit for a first blood if you're fast by laying all you've got and beating them to death with your club. If successful, you should get enough gold to go back for a few seconds to get your Madred Razor and run back out dealing your damage while continuing to creep farm. As you creep farm you want to buy your boots as fast as possible so that you can stop being the slug of the group and have some magic resist on you for any possible magic casters.

Mid Game

By now you should be getting some kills and massive gold income, if not, don't panic. Just continue the way you usually fight and be sure not to tower dive often until you can get your Frozen Mallet. By that time, however, you should have a Sword of the Occult and should therefor be getting some stacks up through kills, obviously. The trick later on is to ensure that you don't lose your stacks and that you can work up the gold to get a Guardian Angel so that when you engage, you still have a chance to win the group fight even if you lose the Angel buff.

End Game

By this time you have almost all of your items filled and you should be doing well enough that you have plenty of gold to waste and all of your 20 stacks on Sword of the Occult. When you have the gold to spend it on, you need to start on your final item that will put the cherry on top of the hot fudge sundae, Blood Thirster. At this point whatever I type from hereon shouldn't even matter since you'll be doing so good. So if you're looking for anymore insight at this point, the most I can say is give 'em hell and have fun playing this build.
