i think spirit stone is better because trundle dont need so mutch lifesteal and hes ulti give him anoth life :D

um, why do you have two tenacity items? it doesn't stack. I would either recommend wriggle's lantern and mercury treads or the spirit stone and some other boots. personally i like wriggles for early game, but i have never tried the spirit stone, so i don't know which is better.
