Why should you try this guide?
This is a good question and there is just one answer.....when u play this guide and get the clue behind it you will start to love it!
At the beginning i have to say, the Damage shown up there is not the real damage, it is some failure in mobafire.

Pros: Great escaping spells
Great catch spells
Great defense
Great Offense

Cons: Not sooo easy to play
Not full tank and

You can jungle, but i do not like this.
You need smite to go jungle, so you will miss one spell in fights, killing or running away.
I would start with the four ghost, would go to the the wolfes and then to the mana golem.
He is not the fastet in the jungle, so you could jungle but it is not the best.

Why skilling Golden Aegis primary????
It slows so badly if you skill it, while throwing the enemy up is not getting better.
Also you can deff so much more then before, it just so great to tank and not letting the enemy away.
The Standarts is second primary, because all get more atack speed and it is your only really range atack.
Flash is just a plus to get running away enemys and getting away when u are chased.
Ignite will destroy life leage and heal of the other team, but also it is a nice extra damage.

In this guide we just want to be tanky and dealing damage.
Also we want to max out our lvl, so we skill this, also we do not want to loose our buffs fast.
The runes are a simple task in red and essences. We want this HP and armor penetration.
In yellow i prefare this extra mana reg to be not toooooo fast out of mana.
In blue it is harder to find the correct runes, i tooked atack speed.

At first i take healt potion´s with me to be able to stand long on lane. The armor item is the first step to our lantern that make us able to kill minions fast, gives life leage and other things we want. Also we got a nice ward for the entire game, as an example for the baron.
The boots helps us against stuns, slows and all these things.
The randiums give us more slow, life and defense, combinated with the Banshee´s Veil u got much more magicresists.
Now we can tank much damage, but still not enough, we will get more life with Warmog´s and the combinated with Atmas you get the ultimate damage combinated with enough damage and enough abilites with all theses catch and escape abilities you can just own the game.
When the got many AD you can play more armore items like Thornmail.
If they got many AP you can take items like Force of Nature.

First of all u should start slowly, try to get a few last hits and do not over react, YOU ARE NOT IMMORTAL!!
At levle 3 you can try to catch someone, it should be not to hard if your mate will help u, but care, tanks can hold of much.
With levle six u should get a kill, it is easy as long they got no flash or escaping abilities.
If your team got no jungler and the enemy team also got no one, u should go at lvl 6, 7 and buy lantern to do mana Golem easely.

Now is the time, u got ulti and mana buff, every time if your ulti is ready try to kill one!!
But do not over do it, it comes the time when you think you can do everythink, but tower or 3 heros do big damage.
If possible try to farm, on lane, jungle and get all buffs u can get.
Jarvan is one of the best engage heros, with a supporter, a real tank and an ap carrie u got a nice team to kill everything.

Just try to get the final items and get the buffs if you can to make extra damge and stay out side your base longer.
