I Will publish a longer Description when i have more time but ill give a few tips to help :D
Exhaust when on low health against physical damage champions and use 100 % crit to chop up your enemy :D.
Use Spinning Slash To initiate and or leave combat quickly . it is also useful for diving near your base and spinning through the wall.
use undying rage on low health but don't leave it to late (obvious).
see when mocking shout is available to see if enemies are close including stealthed enemies (prob fixed soon)
if versing stealth opponents buy an oracles elixir after phantom dancer wait for them to over extended and hit them around 4 times for a kill
buy last whisper before black cleaver if in same lane as a tank as it will give you more damage even when armor debuff fully stacked.
Use Blood Lust To regain health instead of porting to base (obvious)
You Just want to take it easy until level six try not to die or over extended as using bloodlust to regain health is not effective until at least rank 3. use health pots around half health and try to keep health around 3 quarters to have a healthy crit chance if somone over extends pop a pot if you still have one let them get you to just below half health and use exhuast on them so they cant hit you(Only Works 1v1 and this strat is useful all game).
your looking to get phantom dancer around lvl 11 , usually this is also when ganking and team fights start. in team fights try to keep a cool head if you have rage available use it on 1/5th health and stay in for another 2-4 seconds , longer if they have no chasers or less then 3 in team fight left when you rage pop. when you've popped rage and are ready to exit spin back to your side of the map and then pop blust unless you have poision on you wait for posion to timeout or until rage is about to finish then blust (so you survive).
By Lvl 18 you should have phantom dancer , infinity edge and if u have been fed black cleaver by this time you should be hitting about 1k crits do what you were doing in mid game and you should be able to down a squishy player in 2 or 3 hits and a tank in 4 or 5 hits at most.
