You start at the double golems. Ask your team for someone who pull for you. The you attack them and after killing them you go to red, wraiths, wolves and blue. BUT you dont need blue, give the buff to your mid champ. Then you go gank top. If the enemy havent a jungler, you can go in their jungle. Go to the double golems, red and wraiths. After that you go back.

Ping an enemy that you want attack. You spin into the battle, and you use w, if he/they want to escape. Never use q in a battle, only after your ult. You can dive tower, because you have your ult to survive. But remember to use q, before the ult ends.
