Tryndamere is one of the best/most OP heroes ingame! With his extreeemly awesome passive he simply pwn's! Sometimes you see the horrible players who is spinning around, fail ulties, and dont make some damage... Buuut you also see some insane tryns who is running around and gets some PENTAKILLS! Or what ever. the whole pointe is that tryn is a very OP and, i think, easy champ. So give him a try.

I think that "Critial chance" and "Critial damage" runes works great for tryn. Because he is a crit champ. i dont really use runes myself but it is very effective, to get some tier 3 runes and get 20% crit chance lvl 1..

Masteries i go the 28/0/8. Tryn is an offence hero and i dont think he needs very much survival in masteries.

In skill sequence i dont wanna say very much.
I think the most important thing is to start out with your Bloodlust in level 1. It will make you hit way harder. lvl 2 go for either Mocking Shout or Spinning Slash. but its important to have 1 in all skills lvl 3. you will need it. lvl 4: Bloodlust, lvl 5: Bloodlust and lvl 6 ulti ofc. now switch between Bloodlust and Mocking Shout and take ulti when you can.

In summoner spells i would recommend to take Exhaust and Ghost/Flash (Depends on what lvl you are in). Exhaust is very effective, and you'll need it in many cases. Ghost: Ghost is overall a very nice and awesome spell, it helps you very much to hunt or escape a champ. Flash: Flash is very very good with tryn, Spinning slash in, Flash out. Swoooops.
But if you dont like Ghost i would take, as another choice Exhaust and Ignite.
