Tryndamere is AD Carry champion. He is strong when he get much farm.I play Tryndamere as a Bruiser solo top. I dominate versus most player solo top laner like Garen or Shen. Remember this thing - You have to go in fight 1vs1 when u are 6 lvl and have a full fury because you have more critical chance and all we know what do Tryndamere ult.

Well i dont think that are the best runes for Tryndamere but they are pretty good with him passive because passive gains Trynda Critical chance and Runes - Critical Damage. That is very good because when he have a max fury (100 Fury) he can crit more then 250 at 1 lvl. Atack speed do a good work with crit chance and crit damage runes . All players know that u need armor pen to break the enemy armor and that why i took Armor pen marks . And quintessences with atack damage because when you have more atack damage you can do a massive critical strike.

I prefer offence masteries for more damage early in game because all can easy feed trynda and that is the end of game. Why i take 6 points in Defense ? - I take 6 poins in Defense for more Armor and Resist versus solo top laner. I use to stay longer in lane and get more farm.

You have to remember one not so easy thing when you play Tryndamere. When you use ult be sure that you have Bloodlust. Bloodlust heal you and u can easy escape from 5vs1.
