Tryndamere has a great early game potential. With this build, it gives you early lane dominance and sustainability. Tryndamere can get in and get out of battle quickly with his E. His Q early game and, with this build, late game can be a real troll and life saver. His W can be a great tool to catch up to opponents and, since it lowers attack damage, can be a tool to go toe to toe with other AD champions. Tryndamere's ultimate R encourages aggressive actions and many tower dives. If the dive isn't going your way you can always use your E to escape tower range and use Q to quickly gain health with the ability power that goes with this build.

3 greater quintessences of resilience-Armor (Top lane sustain early)
9 greater glyph of alacrity-attack speed (with full rage bar devastating and no need to buy other attack speed items)
9 greater mark of strength-Attack damage (extra oomph for your items and early game.)
1 greater seal of might-attack damage per level (late game bonus)
8 greater seal of strength- attack damage (early game bonus)

The masteries are your common AD champion masteries. There is no need to change it to AP
