Tryndamere is a very dominant Attack Damage champion. He can be played in very few different ways. However, when built with Infinity Edge, he is easily playable. After seeing many different builds for him, I decided that none really aimed straight for the face like this one. I have played this build too many times to count and I have carried many teams, myself, with this build. It is completely dominant late game. Here is my build for Tryndamere The Barbarian King.

Pros:

Very powerful
Good escape techniques
Great for team battles
Easy to survive ganks
Great farming
Great for ganking
Great at chasing down enemies

Cons:

Weak early game
Poor solo
Semi-squishy
Targeted in team battles

Runes are very complex to get into and it took me a while to learn them. I was running CrC and CrD, however, those are pretty much the worst runes to get. I dropped CrC runes, and level 18 crit chance is still 100%. are not the best marks to get, but they fit the build very well. can go here, if you prefer that. They would bother be very effective. It's really a personal choice here, but I would recommend CrD. For GREAT rune tips go here.

Tryndamere's masteries should focus on physical damage, however, I get 9 points in utility because Tryndamere's items are very expensive. It is nice to have good regen, because with the help of (and the occasional ]) he is very hard to kill.

Most people playing Tryndamere like to start with . However, I like to start with a . I like the attack speed that comes early and quick completion of . It allows for more attacks and better pushing capabilities early game. is a great item for Tryndamere as it increases crit chance and attack speed. Which leads us to getting , it is just a more powerful upgrade from . Next, a , this is very important because it gives you so much more damage output. is probably the most important part of this item list. Then I like to get a for the lifesteal. Once you have that, you should definitely get . At this point, it's completely up to you. I like to get a another and .

is a definite first skill. It allows for easy get-away, gank and first blood, especially in 3v3. Then you want to max-out . Just swap between and while picking up when you can. Once you hit level 12, finish-up . Then get your last ulti and finish with .

Don't forget!
gives you stacks on , so use it when your rage is about done to allow maximum survivability.

Tryndamere takes a lot of practice to get good at. Most people see a Tryndamere against them and decide they want to buy him because he went 16/2/5 and killed them 7 times. However, they do not learn that you can't play Tryndamere for the first time and expect to be positive. Tryndamere is one of the hardest champions to play. He has no ranged attacks and uses health instead of mana.

The first thing to remember while playing Tryndamere is to use consistently. is your heal. It needs to be spammed. As soon as you hit 8 stacks on , use it immediately. However, if you can't reach 8 stacks before you lose them or if you need a quick heal, use . Try to use as often as possible. Try to use as soon as the cool-down goes away.

Second, is the ULTIMATE ability to stop runners. Combine this with to stop anybody from getting away. If you must, your enemy and when it's about to run out, use , then when they are almost out of range and think they are safe, , whack them, and if they need that extra kicker, .

Next, use wisely. is a great get-away, engaging ability and chase-down. It is great for going into a large crowd of creeps. Just run to where you can reach them with the range and . Late game, you will probably kill them all. If not, you'll get close. Use to spin through walls to both engage and get away. You don't want to be caught in a gank with on CD. So pay attention to the map and your CD for

Finally, ! This is...well...ultimate. Just as all of Tryndamere's abilities, can be used both offensively and defensively. Offensively is risky. However, when combined with , you can stay in a fight for another few seconds, which could mean a kill and escape. is great for tower-diving. 's CD is relatively short, so don't hesitate to use it if you need to. But keep in mind, without , you are an easy target. For get-away, use when you are very low on health to maximize its use.

In order to collect maximum experience and gold, farm as many creeps as possible. Take Lizard buff whenever you can and farm from the jungle, unless you have a jungler on your team.
