Easily crit over 1200 with this build, while stealing life like crazy. Run up to a full health tank with less than 100 health and kill him while fully healing yourself. Solo dragon or Baron in 30 seconds. Stay alive in turret range by attacking minions. Most importantly, make sure that the sound system says "Pentakill" before "Thirty seconds until minions spawn." WARNING: Playing Tryndamere like this may get him nerfed AGAIN, so please be careful. xD

Stay back and get last hits early game, until the Infinity Edge is obtained, when you can push like crazy at turrets. If you cannot one-hit minions at this point, DO NOT PUSH. You can use spinning slash from the side to kill all minions.

Once a full build is obtained, wait until an enemy champion is alone or there are two champions pushing somewhere. (Optional: Type "/all RUN [enemy champion name here]" in the chat) Come from behind the enemy champion. If he is stupid and runs toward you, keep auto attacking until he is running away and use mocking shout. If he runs into the jungle or forward use mocking shout and spinning slash to catch up and kill him. If he has a partner attack the squishier one first, make sure you kill him, and instead of consuming fury to heal or use undying rage, attack minions or anything that you can attack (Including other champion) to heal yourself, and then attack the other champion.

If you need to get somewhere, you can use spinning slash to get there a bit faster since there is no cost and the cooldown is short enough to reset by the time you get there.

Opening skill sequence can be modified to get spinning slash first and then blood lust.
