1. You're not AP, Hybrid, or anything of the sort, so getting Wild Card at any point before you need to get it is ironically gimping the very intended goal of this build: raw killing output.
2. No priority on lanes. While TF can lane, mid is definitely his forte given he can out-level the opposition then Gate into wherever for the gank, plus farm for his expensive items easier.
3. The talents are iffy. Archaic Knowledge really isn't all that necessary, Archmage's Savvy sure isn't necessary, improved Ignite isn't going to significantly benefit you either. You could instead get these excess points into Awareness for more exp per kill, compounding mid strength.
4. Vampiric Scepter is a weak starting item for TF. A Doran and a potion get you farther quicker early-game.
5. Sword of the Divine's decent, but definitely not always; dodge heavy comps it's a boot, but otherwise you could've already gotten a BF sword and be on your way towards a Bloodthirster for the price of one.
6. Ghost is kinda iffy actually. Not to say it's bad, but given you have some decent CDR thanks to Ghostblade/Stacked Deck/Sorcery, you'll be Destiny/Gating in less than a minute at a time anyway - which is why I personally roll with a double offensive summoner spell comp like Exhaust/Ignite. TF's an awesome douchebag in that he can pick and choose where to start a fight pretty nicely, Ghost shouldn't be necessary unless you misjudged where you came in.
7. I admit to nabbing Berserker's Greaves now and again if the rape is really piling on, but besides that, you usually want Ninja Tabi or Merc Treads almost always. Why? TF's squishy, he gets stunned for a second longer than he needs to and it's game over. Also, you're not always gonna get 3,000 ganks to fund this efficiently, so throwing in a Zeal early game really helps out.
Just my advice. Double BT + an IE / Ghostblade can make people surrender vote, I've honestly 1-shot four people in a row once at equal level. But building to that point properly is important to remember, because not every team's gonna chill by neutrals with no health going "TF, KILL ME, KILL MEEEEE"
