Play slow early. Concentrate on Cs and not getting poked out of lane. get tear as soon as you can. Don't upgrade it until you have it fully stacked. This build split pushes like no one else. Tp + ult allows you to get wherever an open turret is faster than anyone else can. Don't use ult to join teamfights unless you have TP. Get as many plates as you can after you gank a lane. once itemized this build can destroy even a fed AD carry. Make sure you use blue cards on turrets and low targets who do not need to be stunned to kill. Only use gold cards if you need to stun to kill. Nocturne IMO is the biggest threat to this build because of his built in Banshees veil ability. HE can ult and get to you when you are trying to split, block your gold card and then fear you.
