Your start of Itemchoice is OK, but in my opinion Sorecer Shoes are a much wiser choice. Also I would rucs into Rabadons after my sheen because of the easy farming and damaging. I never bought Quicksilver before, might be usefull. However, I usualy try to stay in the beckground throwing cards, untill I can stun. One last thing: why Exhaust and Ignite? I think TF has far too much range for those spells. Try Flash and Teleport. You'll easily get assists (double teleport, easy mid laning), and you're capable of escaping a gank with stun and Flash. I hope you overlook my Constructive Critisism.

Thx

I agree that sorcerer's shoes are a great choice for this build, imo I'd probably use it if the opposing team doesn't have much CC, I'll say about them in the items section :), I personally like to grab lich bane before rabadons because of personal preference but I guess you could buy rabadons, quicksilver, then lich bane if that fits your playstyle a bit more =P, Flash is a good choice too, I just don't like it, and I've heard that they're going to be removing it soon :O... teleport... I've never really tried it that well, I'll test it out sometime and see if I like it.

AP Twisted Fate is really strong up against opponents that don't build any survivability or tankyness. Kind of really useless against tanks if you ask me.

Not entirely true, but he has problems with champions who survive his burst easily. That is why I would suggest Hybrid TF instead of full AP.
