Good point. I did have my masteries set more toward a utility and I did not realize that Lich Bane was supposed to be stacked with boots. (whoops) However, I'm not quite sure what your saying I shouldn't be using Destiny for. I did point out that Destiny was good for all of the other things you mentioned. And Tf is always going to melt when he is focused, I don't know of many decent ways around that except by getting Zhonya's Hourglass or Guardian Angel. I'll probably make a some edits, especially on the Masteries. Thanks

What's with this guide? It's interesting to see 21 on utility but for an AP carry like Twisted Fate. The masteries seem to lean more towards a support rather than carry. Also, gold is good and all, but you should be getting the gold from dragon, baron, turrets, and last-hits on minions. You're sacrificing a large portion of damage for a little bit of extra gold.

Also the item build looks extremely impractical. You sold the deathfire grasp in the end? It seems pointless to get a deathfire gasp, as you're just selling it in the end for your other items. The other items cause you to turn into a glass cannon. Sure, you're a carry, but if you get focused you'd be melted late game. Especially due to the lack of boots. You won't be able to survive ganks, and destiny should be used for better things such as helping out during teamfights, or revealing enemies such as Twitch or Eve.
