I think that you should seriously consider substituting a second phantom dancer, for nashors, if you don't want to buy boots. You seem to buy it late game, the additional ability power is worthless to you because your all AD/AS. Not to mention the fact that you will have a more normal movement speed, and 30 percent more crit making that IE hit like a Mack truck. I won't downvote it, but with the reduced movement speed I found it really hard to get my kills.
