Twisted Fate Passive Ability
Introduction
I present to you a magnificant Twisted Fate Speed/Crit Combo which will have your enemies hide in the spawn.
Beserker Greives: A great pair of boots to use since they upgrade attack speed at first and later can be changed for a bloodthurster of blackcleiver.
Phantom dancer: This is the most crutial item to obtain as soon as possible to have the start of a critical damage. Obtain a seconde phantom dancer before the Infinities edge so that you have a fast attack speed and good critical hit chance.
Infinities edge: This will bring the punch to the speed. At most times, this will be the farthest you get into a game. From my experience, these four items and destiny make for a great sneak attack on a team fight.
Phantom dancer: This item is the icing on the cake. You will have a 90% chance of critical strike and 250% of critical hit damage due to the Infinities edge.
Sword of the Devine: It is best to purchase this item after have done 2 attack (in stacked deck, if on first attack, total none including armor is 1124 damage) so that every second attack does an extra amount of damage. This will also give a 100% critical strike and have a total attack speed of over its maximum (2.5 attacks per second)

It is best to focus on Pick a card and Stacked deck because it is the most valueble skills for this build.
Pick a card: This skill is extremly usefull throughout the game. In the beggining of a match, the red card is very usefull to slow down enemies and give a good amount of damage to an opponent with low health. Later in the game. the gold card is most usefull because it is able to stop an enemy for two seconde which includes 5 attacks of arround 500 damage each.
Stacked deck: Every forth atack will do an extra amount of damage therefore with the sword of the devine, every seconde attack will have even more damage.

Having only speed and critical hit in mind, the masteries of this build will be very offensive. Increase crititcal hit, attack damage, and mainly attack speed. as for the utility portion, upgrade the spells which you use so that they are more usefull. As well, increase respawn time and experience gained to try and keep with the ranks of all the other players.
Twisted Fates passive is that every minion he kills, he gets an extra 2 gold. This is suprisingly usefull durring the begining of the match since his speed gives him most of the minion kills. Try and stay in the lanes at the begining of the match until you reach level 6. by that time you will have enough for the beserker grieves which will help speed up the process of getting your first phantom dancer.
When you obtain a phantom dancer, it is very usefull to take out a lot of minions and rank up as quickly as possible. Killing a lot of minions will give more money quickly and help to push lanes.
Once you have the phantom dancer and maybe a zeil, you can start really pushing on heros. in a game with a bad team I finish positive (most of the time)

Using this Twisted Fate build is used to take out large amount of enemie healthin as short a time as possible. An enemie under 3/4 health is almost sure to die by your hands. Each attack will hit arround 500 to 700 damage (depending on enemie) with a 100 % chance of critical strike. As well ever fourth attack will cause an additional 100 damage with sword of the devine. This is a build where quick kills at first then ranking up throughout the match by minions is crutial to have the highest possible damage.
