sword of divine sucks so much. all it really has is attack speed. the passive is only decent early game, and the active sucks terribly. last whisper is a better item and since you already have it in the build i dont see a reason for sword of divine, unless there is a good jax. i would much rather have a phantom dancer for the movement speed (since tf is so slow) AS and crits.

Ah, at least someone who understood that madred is the best item for TF as he is AS based :p

Sword of the divine is not as important as you notice though, exept if opponents have massive evade (who said Jax ? ^^). the proc is only 25AD on a fight (100 each 4 hits).

I'd go for the madred as the first item, right after berserker's greaves, and maybe you could strat with a vampiric scepter so you can get a little life back on your lane at lvl 1. When Madred is done, get the Stark then Last Whisper (40% ArP is not that usefull at the beginning of the game when opponent's don't have armor yet).
