Intro
My first attempts were straight ap... and they failed... then I tried a true hybrid... failed... then i went full atk spd/ap... and zomg!!
Just be aware: my runes/masteries/summoner spells will NOT be covered due to they didn't have anything to do with why I built the way I did, I just had them on beforehand. (I was being indecisive in lane...:3)
Like I said above, Staight ap/atk spd. Note: there is a bit of ad there too, but it's more for flavor and the build still follows what I wanted
Berserker greaves: OBVIOUS
Rageblade: the ad boost is nice for tf's normals, but the atk spd/ap increase ratio is GREAT
malady: Falls right into place (thank you AP teemo's for showing me this item)
Nashors:... Ap/atk spd/ cd redux... what more do you want
Deathcap: -leaving this blank because if you have to ask why it's here... *facepalm*-
Note: the final item being the hextech gunblade is a premature build item and I encourage you to find your own, I only picked up the revolver, due to game ending sooner than expected. But the item works in my build so I will use it until either through experimentation or through your comments find another suitable item.

First off, KNOW YOUR CARDS!!!!
All pick a card cards, red, blue, gold. Run off a 1.0 AD ratio and if I'm correct in my assumption, less than a .5 AP ratio..
RED: AoE slow and damage over time
Blue: Large AD hit + 1/2 attack damage recovery in mana
Gold: Low AD hit, Stun for 2 seconds
I purposely go for Pick a card first, waiting to get my wild card (later clocked at 535 total damage ^_^) and use the pick a card to slow, stun and regen mana, keeping myself in lane longer.
Stacked deck being second (or first whichever), allows you to hit for a decent amount of bonus ap/ad damage every 4th hit. (Note: time your blue and red cards accordingly, as that 4th hit gives you extra damage there too)
Destiny... free teleport, use to GANK GANK GANK GANK. That and to show team where EVERYONE is. can't really tell you how to use it, because you have to figure out how your team plays.
