MS Quints are to stop you from being CCed in the first place.

Pros have always run MS Quints on low mobility mids like Twisted Fate and Anivia.

I mean, I still remember the Lich Bane and/or Twin Shadows purchases on Twisted Fate (is this still a thing?).

also, MS quints are quite good on twisted fate

• Starting items, First back Items, Second Back items, Core and Defense Items, The last two Items and Enchantment for Boots. Should all be in one champter, not a requirment, but it would be a ton better.
  
• Your runes seem a bit off, I mean, do you really think Movespeed Quints will help you escape most enemies? Once you get cced its over.
  
• In the masteries section, you coded Phasewalker incorrectly.
