Introduction
So I've been playing Twisted Fate since the day of gold card aoe stuns and ridiculous burst, and I thought I would write a guide that is prevalent for the state T.F is in as of today.
My build focuses mostly on AP with a bit of cd reduction. Twisted Fate can still be very bursty throughout the whole game and can melt most squishies and poke extremely well with this build. There are a few different scenarios though and I'll be sure to update this guide with them asap.
The skill sequence is as follows, deviating from this really hurts your early game harass.
Start with PAC which allows you to stun if needed but mostly your gonna farm with blue and harass at level 3 when you get 2 levels of wild cards... DO NOT throw them before then. The damage is negligible so it's a waste of mana. At level 4 get one in stacked deck then alternate stacked deck and wild cards til lvl 6. At level 6 get your ult (herp derp) then keep building wild cards and stacked deck up.

You start off with a Sapphire crystal which will later be turned into sheen. You need to farm your sheen by level 6. If you dont get first blood in lane you will want to gank at level 6. Your team needs to allow the others to push or harass enough that they are gankable.
After your gank or failure :/ go back to mid and start farming toward your blasting wand and boots. I rush lich bane because it gives extra movespeed and more ap and more damage than sheen. Also while you're laning against casters it gives a good bit of MR to deal with their damage.

Depending on how well you gank/farm early game you may be able to get your rabadons before mid game really even begins. At this point farm lanes as needed and gank where you can this is where the team play starts coming into play. You will need to help your team get kills in their lanes. During 3-5 man fights harass and poke with wild cards or if you see no threat open the fight with your flash and stun an unsuspecting player allowing your team the opportunity to engage.
Pros: better early game than AD tf
- You can harass with your wild cards from a distance
- Farming is super easy
- You are super scary :D
Cons:
- If the enemy realizes what is happening they will focus you hard.
- Takes some skill
- People will bad mouth you til they see you know what you're doing
Bad solo's to play against:
- Kat ( if they stay on you hard but not the hardest to solo against)
- Brand ( hard to get out of the aoe with slow move speed)
- Mord ( you won't die but you wont kill him either = stalemate lane)
- Urgot ( gotta dodge those gas cans)

In summary this build is legit for pretty much any team that needs a caster. WARNING: you may not be able to carry your team as ap tf. If the game goes on 50+ minutes they can shut you down but your team should be able to farm up enough to win and you should be sharing kills so they get built as well.
This build can put out a ton of damage. So just remember... It's all in the cards
