Exhaust/flash is good for 5v5/3v3 if there is no other in the party with it, but i feel that TF shouldnt need to use a summoner spell for it, the ekstra mobility is really good both for free farming, towerpush, towersave, or just to wipe out a big minion wave > ulti back into the fight.

And seing as TF is after my experience abit gear depended the ability to farm > buy > back into fight in less then 15sec is a big bonus from my pow :P
