As for Maw of Malmortius I have to admit that I haven't bought it more than 5 times or so. However, I occasionally need Hexdrinker to counter that LeBlanc or Syndra burst mid game. So if you manage it to lategame you might want to upgrade it or sell for another MR item. Randuin's Omen is a purchase I would never do on Lucian for instance. It just fits a lot with DPS marksmen like Vayne, Kog'Maw or Twitch who are going for those extended trades. It's active also kind of synergizes with Blade of the Ruined King's active. It's till a situational purchase against very heavy AA reliant teams.
There were a few typos here and there. Bukly --> Bulky (Runes section). "MR attack speed]]" (Runes section). "In addition to this, it can remove Ignite and other healing reduction effects." Not anymore after the patch a few weeks back (Summoner Spells section).
I don't play Twitch all that much, so I can't really give you any feedback on what you've written for the gameplay section. However, from what I can tell, the runes/masteries/summoner spells/items all work well and make sense. I'm not too sure about Maw of Malmortius or Randuin's Omen on an ADC, but then again I've never tried them on Twitch in particular.
