the runes I use are Attack speed Seals , Crit chance or dmg Glyph , Armor Pen Red and Attack speed Quintessence. I chose these because for this build you are going to have 2.5 attack speed by the mid game.

Masteries

Alot of people will probably wonder why but, I get masteries in defense more than offense and that is because twitch is really squishy so dorans shield and defense masteries is a great profit. I usually go 11/19/0.

Items

I start out with a doran's shield and health pot first because it gives health/regen and it really does help rather than doran's blade but if you want you can start with the blade. I then proceed to get boots of speed and quickly turn it into a berzerker greaves. After the greaves you want to immediately work on the sword of the divine, you should be a heavy farmer so it should be easy. After the sword of the divine I get a stinger but I don't upgrade it to a nashor's tooth until later on. Since this is merely a trash build I get a madreds blood razor for 1. its good dmg against tanks and 2. the attack speed it gives is amazing. By late game you should get to trinity force ( unless you destroy them so fast you can't even get here !!! ).
