i forgot one thing.. that build dont have a defensive item.. you really need one .. like banshee's.. who give MR , HP and MP.. and the unique passive is a life saver

twitch is my main and i found a lot of fails in your build

for my runes, I take crit chance marks, seals, and quints. - ok, and what u do when u need to kill tankers? ah.. ok .. now you know armor penetration is a must.

Heal may seem noobish at first glance. - not just at first.. ignite is ok but i prefer cleanse for stop CC's and flash to use as offensive or defensive ;)

i get a point in ambush, expunge, then, debilitating poison, - you will never have mana for debilitating poison at lvl 3, u should get that at lvl 7 or 8 so that mana will not be missed.

as life-steal helps you recover hp, it does not make you less squishy - as twitch u die in 3 hits so.. life steal is the same as nothing..

read that and learn something (: if you want of course..
