Not Bad ..

Well its an interesting idea and when i get time i might try it out, however i can already feel the lacking of power. Especially late game.

Attack speed is very nice with twitch, hell i always try get him to 2.5 but you are lacking the punch to really do any damage. Maybe consider getting Madred's Razors straight after dorian's blade for some straight up damage if you are determined to go with Wriggle's Lantern

I would also strongly recommend getting something like an Infinity Edge to strongly boost your damage so you wont just be good vs minions. 250% crit damage is always nice! you cal also look at your crit chance since that is your primary focus and get a second Phantom Dancer after all, crit + attack speed + movement speed = nice

If you are getting a second Vampiric Scepter consider making it a Zeke's Harbinger for the extra attack speed and lifesteal.

Summoner spells, i gotta say i used to run Teleport as well, and Heal i know some very good players who utilize this correctly... hopefully with the upcoming patch it will be even more potent. HOWEVER teleport is a little bit of overkill when you get Mobility Boots and 1 Phantom Dancer you just are moving so fast. You might wanna consider using something else to assure you can survive a fight... i.e Flash - i know everyone uses it cos atm its just so OP compared, Ghost - if your **** at flash, even Exhaust may mean the difference between life and death in a lot of team fights.
