You play Twitch mid? How do you play against a Zilean in mid? Vladimir? Annie? Tristana? Ashe? Twitch needs someone to hide behind imo. You're weak until you've farmed or you're fed.
If you want Attackspeed, I would get Last Whisper. If you want Lifesteal, go for The Bloodthirster.
You don't need to get a Frozen Mallet because you should always have the Lizard Buff active. Lizard Buff + Spray and Pray = awesome
