Care to explain why you have Heal? Also, the way Twitch is played without any defense runes or talents makes him an easy target for easy kills early game. Crit runes won't do you too much help early game. Also, why do you grab Debilitating Poison so early on? At level 3, you hardly have enough mana for a Ambush+Expunge combo. Then, add to the fact that you have no defense at all, so thus, trying to get a kill can easily turn on you. I'd also like to see more of a description. Until then, +0.
