My name is ozmankaan, i m playing from EUW, this guide is still under construction plus English is not my native language so excuse me if something is not written the way it should be written. I started playing this game with Ashe after sometime i purchased twitch since then i m playing with twitch, i have mastery lvl 7 with twitch plus more than 170 k mastery points on twitch n trust me twitch is a god . His abilities plus speed and the damage he inflict easily you can say he is among the most lethal champion within game.

ok, the sheer purpose behind this build is to make 100% critical with maximum speed, with a lot of life steal, with this build u have tons of damage plus u are a moving tank with huge life steal and more than 2.2 max speed, you will melt them down n i dont mostly buy any boots these items give me enough speed that i dont need to buy any boots i will upload a video to show how. keep that in mind you have to use the referred masteries with this build as they procs with this build. Doran's blade is the best starting item on twitch as it gives you enough life steal, health and damage to sustain your presence in your lane plus sometimes it even gives you a early kill too :P


Never underestimate potions especially in start of the game, always buy health potion with doran's blade as starting item.


On your first back you should buy B.F sword, this is a gold item on twitch at early stages of the game, it gives you so much damage and make your harass and pokes much more powerful.


on your 2nd back always go for recurve bow, revurve bow give you more speed and damage than zeal plus it is more economical than zeal too.


after recurve bow go for runaan, runaan is best phucking item for ADCs, it is like a machine gun on the loose, can you imagine machine gun in lol, i mean seriously it gives you tons of attack speed, 30% critical damage plus 15 damage on hit n last but not the least movement speed too, you should get this item as soon as posible.


Now so far you have attack damage from 'BF Sword + Dorans + runaan' plus attack speed from runaan and your runes, you have 30% crit chance too now you just have to increase that crit chance, so always go for cloak of agility after runaans, it gives you 20% crit and make your crit 50%, so technically now your every 2nd strike is a crit strike, it means it would inflict the twice as damage as normal hit, it is a huge bonus.


Playing any ADC without infinity edge is crime, i mean seriously this phucking item gives you tons of damame plus 20% critical chance n last but not the least increase you crit strike damage to 250% instead of 200, this is gold.


After infinity go for statik shiv, this item gives 30% crit chance making it 80%, kind of making your every strike a crit one. plus it gives you fast lane clear n dont forget abt the attack speed and movement speed too, attack speed is so much important on twitch for stacking and contaminating.


after statik go for bilgewater cutless, reasons: tons of life steal giving you much sustain plus attack damage and slowing down effect too n most importantly this item will lead us to BOTRK.


seriously this is a modar phucking OP item on twitch, it gives you everything n literary everything, attack speed, attack damage, huge life steal, magic damage, slowing down effect :O what do you need more? after getting this item you would become a twitch mini god :O


Where botrk gives you godlike powers, phantom dancer makes you a god, plus points abt PD, huge movement bonus plus passing through minions, i mean seriously nobody is safe from your wrath now n all this is coming with huge spike in speed n also making your crit chance 100% with some defensive properties too, what you need more?


BT just makes you a hidden tank, it gives you huge life steal plus a shield n your masteries proc with this making your life steal and shield more strong and all this is coming with huge damage too.

Most people will argue with this runes selection but trust me twitch is too squishy at start he needs some kind of sustain so life steal from doran's plus life steal from the life steal rune will give you enough sustain in start, plus twitch is a auto attack dependent champion which depends on stacking so i choose more speed than damage, it help me in stacking them fast, you will find this helpful too.

--> Fury is good on nay adc, who dont want attack speed? so fury is the obvious choice


Vs --> both are good, i want sustain at start so i go with feast.


Vs --> the obvious choice should be vamp but i choose natural talent as twitch expundge have .2 ap scaling plus it gives you some ad damage too, and according to this built you are getting tonsi of life steal ahead so dont need to go for vamp instead go for Natural talent n secure your 1st kill

Vs --> bounty hunter is good if u are sure that you can kill more than 2 different champion in game otherwise go for battle trance, but both are good. ignore double edge sword as u are already squishy as hell.

--> obvious choice battering blows as u are not a AP champion

vs --> both choices are good, if you want to just blow the other team go for fervor, at full stack it can give you 64 damage/hit, it is a huge damage but if you want to play safe go for bloodlust, my personal choice is fervor on any adc. dont knw abt death touch didnt tried it.

Ok now the controversial part, most twitch players prefer cunning over resolve, but i think resolve work better with twitch:

Vs --> choose recovery over unyielding as we are not using any type of armor so choosing unyielding will not help us, plus recovery works good with twitch n give him sustainability in lane phase.

Tough skin or siege master depends on you, i prefer tough skin but if you are a tower dweller and mostly play your early game near tower go for siege master but if ur game style is aggressive n you normally poke the opponent then choose tough skin.

--> this mastery is gold on twitch, it boost up your life steal, your shield you are getting for the blood thirster, n your regeneration too, it is must to go with this build mastery.

Vs --> both are good, perseverance gives you sustainability on the other hand insight gives you more adventurous approach as your summoner spell have 15% CDR you can use them more frequently. i prefer insight.
