Minion Damage over cooldown made me turned off to this build...

thanks guys, but I firstly created this guide, cause there was no twitch guide, I really liked, but xaioli changed his guide comepletly, new itembuild and well looking long guide ;)
I guess we do not need this guide anymore

I know this build works and i've used it as well although i get the Bloodthirster faster cuz it keeps me alive better in fights.+1 from me

I don't care much for Ghost on Twitch, but Banshee's Veil is a great pick up for Twitch. Even with Cleanse. In team fights, people will try to land stuns. Your cleanse has a cd, and people will try to stun you after your cleanse's effects. Banshee's Veil will give you the assurance of you not getting cc'ed.

Im a decent Twitch player and IMO should u not get Ghost or Banshee's veil.
Cleanse is just that better then ghost and it saves u the money u would've have wasted on banshee's veil.

also i recommend dorans blade/shield + avarice blade + berserker boots + infinity edge +
phantom dancer + madred's bloodrazor + (your choice) + youmuus

the your choice item should be any item that benefit versus the team ur against,
but thats my playstyle. IMO are it more aggresively after the nerf on twitch.
U mostly dont need lifesteal when u do the element of suprise 95% of the time.

Mhmm not a bad build but since i usually do 3v3s i almost never get junglers, +1 tho.
