the hp seals per lvl are better than the flat hp seals at lvl 6, so i don't see why get the flat, and attack speed marks? armor penetration marks are way better.
btw you don't have any defensive item, and you need it because twitch is a lot squish.

I agree with the comment of Boots of Mobility and Infinity edge if you have Desolation marks, I do get it. However consider that you can get the same movement speed consistently and not just out of battle, for nearly 1000 gold cheaper with a high +30% crit, 55%+25%+(15% runes) attack speed. Add a BF sword after that and you've got mad damage output already. Food for thought.

I now also agree with the poison earlier, and as such is now at 5.

I'd recommend Boots of mobility over berserker greaves, and getting infinity edge before phantom dancer.

The benefit from your seals is pretty minimal, and your glyphs are suspect as they're dependent of the other team.

I also feel you need the point in the slow at level 4 at the latest. If you're not needing it, you're not playing against high enough quality competition.

I will admit I haven't played around too much with different mastery spells, but I've never had a problem with slowing them when I can attack so fast and just expunge. Its only later on I've needed that slow. I will admit though without the speed runes you would need slow earlier on. I'll have a play around.

Simple reason for this is the more speed u have, the more poison stacks they are gonna have on them for an expunge, tried and tested and this way works much nicer than going for AD first

Interesting masteries, twitch is one of my favourite characters as well however you seem to be forgetting an early point in debilitating poison. How do you harass without the slow? Its possible but definitely easier with an early point in it. Nice work tho +1

Get the infedge/black cleaver first...why would you think Twitch needs attack speed? The passive on Q provides you with enough.
