Spells to Get

Cleanse: Removes all debuffs from your character.

Cleanse is an exceptionally good spell. Some people choose to combo using Flash/Cleanse. For us, cleanse is very good against other users with Exhaust and champions such as Teemo who can blind.

Exhaust: Blinds the target (100% miss chance) and slows its Movement Speed by 40% for 3 seconds. 550 Range (estimate).

Flash: Teleports your champion to target nearby location.

Ghost: Your champion ignores unit collision and moves 32% faster for 14 seconds.

Heal: Restores 140 + 20 x level health to your champion and 50% of that to nearby allies.

Ignite: Ignite is a damage over time spell that targets a single champion dealing 50 damage plus 25 damage per level over 5 seconds. This damage is not lowered by armor or magic resistance. Also reduces the target healing and regeneration by 50%. 600 Range.

Early Game
Tryndamere can be good early game or just complete garbage. It is very important that you try and get any last creep hits as you can to get your 3 Avarice Blades and start generating some gold $$$. I always start off with a Brawlers Glove and 2 Health Pots to get me going. As for my abilities I put my Q as priority. Very important to max BloodLust first. Taken this to consideration if your lane is not such a perfect world its okay just to tower hug. Be smart, don't die, and farm. I recommend laning with a champion with a snare, slow, or stun. Good examples are Blitz, Taric, etc

Mid Game
You should have an Infinity Edge by now and starting to build your Phantom Dancer. Start going for Golems and Red Buff to help out in team fights. Just because you have your Ult does not mean you can tower dive. It is also important to know when and where to spin through walls, don't spin to chase someone unless they're close to their tower. If you want to chase someone down, Spin > Mocking Shout > CRIT CRIT CRIT, if they somehow start to get away pop your exhaust and repeat.

Late Game
You should have your Phantom and your Blood Thirster by now and be getting pretty fed considering you have been playing smart and not cocky. By level 17 you should be able to solo baron. A great team mate you are for being able to do this. You should also do some more farming as you can one hit minions and gain lots of gold to build your last item(s).

Alternative Items

I'll keep this part plain and simple

Considerable items would be a Youmuu's Ghostblade since you can build it out of your Avarice + its unique ability. If you're feeling a little squishy and are taking a lot of damage try grabbing a Guardian's Angel.

If they're really tanky and hard to kill, always build a Madred's Bloodrazor or a Black Cleaver and a Last Whisper might be a good choice if you need it quick.
Build should look like the following: Berserker's, Infinity, Phantom, Madred's or Cleavor, Bloodthirster, Phantom

If you're getting nuked by a Mage ie. Karthus' Ult build a Banshee's Veil.
Build should look like the following: Berserker's, Infinity, Phantom, Banshee's veil, Bloodthirster, Phantom

Wrap Up
I cannot tell people enough that Early Game is VERY VERY important. Play smart, don't do unnecessary dives, and be aware of MIA's and have some decent map awareness. So this concludes my first build ever and thanks for reading! If you have any questions leave a comment or any additions that could be added, thanks! You can also add me in game, Radonx3
