The correct stats you get, if you play Udyr with my build, runes and mastery trees
Armor: 199 (67%)
Magic Resist: 156 (61%)

Attack Speed increase: 0,983 (without staying in tiger stance and passive is not stacked up)
Attack Speed increase: 1,246 (while staying in tiger stance and passive is not stacked up)
Attack Speed increase: 1,674 (while staying in tiger stance and passive is stacked with 3)
Life Steal: 15%
Spell Vamp: 20%
Critical Strike Chance: 43%
Tiger Stance: 230 + 466 = 696 Magic Damage
Turtle Stance: 220 + 35 = 255 Shield to Udyr
Bear Stance: Goes from 390 -> 476 in 4 seconds Movement Speed
Phoenix Stance: Increase Ability Power with 32 and Attack Damage with 16
Hextech Gunblade -> Slow an enemy champion with 50% in 3 sec. and deals 300 magic damage
Shurelya's Reverie -> Increase yours movement speed and nearby team mates with 40% in 3 seconds
Udyr is not a carry and have never been it. My opinion is that Udyr is a AD support, because Udyr only got 1 ability to hurt the enemy and that is Tiger Stance. Maybe you ask yourself "What makes Udyr to a support?" - And I am glad to answer that question.
With Shurelya's Reverie, you make it possible for your team to make a surprise enter into a team fight. Or you can use it for yourself or your team to ecaspe from a team fight if it is necessary.
One of the problems with udyr is that even though he only have one ability to make damage, he still did not have a lot of CC (Crowd Control). Well, ofcause he has Bear Stance to get movement speed and 1 second stun. but the problem is that it is so easy for the enemy to put a kind of stun or slow on Udyr, so if Udyr is against a team with a lot of CC, he seem to be a little bit of useless. I believe i have solved this problem. Hextech Gunblade, which you can use to slow an enemy champion if he is about to ecaspe from you, or he is about to attack one of your mates. I have Chosen Ghost and Cleanse, because if you are against a team with a lot of CC, you can use your Cleanse on the right time you break out of the CC, and then you can use your Bear Stance. And you can use your Ghost to ecaspe or to finish your enemy if they are low on health.
You are also a support for your team because you buy Agies of the Legion, which give your team mates armor, magic resist and Attack Damage.
Overview of above:
Problem: Udyr is kind of useless agaist a team with a lot of CC
Solution: Cleanse. (maybe buy Quick Silver Sash if you think it is necessary)
Other options: With a Shurelya's Reverie, Ghost and Bear Stance, you should get great opportunities to get near your enemy. If your not still available to come near the enemy, it is because they use all their CC, and therefore it is also importen that your are a tanky person for your team in 3v3. And if the enemy use all the CC to you, that just mean that your team mates can make the damage instead of you.
Rating from me:
Udyr is a standart Champion in early game. he got the same problem as all meeles champions have against range. But a have nice damage with Tiger Stance.
This is the hardest part for Udyr. You have to be careful, because many champions in 3v3 can make huge damage. and therefore are Wriggels lantern and Infinity Egde + Shurelya's Reverie or Ageis of the Legion great items for Mid game. Because already in mid game you are starting to support your team.
In late game, you are just as good than everyone else. you have a nice damage + good defense stats.
I will vote Udyr from 1 - 10 (1 = one of the woste champions in LoL, 10 = one of the most OP champions in LoL)

Infomation about the ability
Monkey's Agility (Passive):
Entering a stance grants Udyr 10% attack speed and 3% dodge for 5 seconds. This effect can stack.
Persistent Effect: Udyr's attack speed is increased by 20/25/30/35/40%.
Activation: Udyr gains an additional 15/20/25/30/35% attack speed for 5 seconds after activating Tiger stance. While active or for 5 second after Activation, Udyr's next attack deals 170% his attack damage plus 30/80/130/180/230 over 2 seconds as magic damage.
Persistent Effect: Udyr's attacks cannot crit, but he restores 10/12/14/16/18% of his damage as health and 5/6/7/8/9% of his damage as mana.
Activation: Udyr gains a temporary shield that absorbs 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.5 AP) damage.
Persistent Effect: Udyr mauls his target with such force that they are stunned for 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target for 6 seconds.
Activation: Udyr gains 15/18/21/24/27% increased movement speed for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds.
Persistent Effect: Every third attack, Udyr engulfs enemies in front of him in flame, dealing (40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200) (+0.25 AP) magic damage.
Activation: Udyr sends out pulsing waves of fire dealing (15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55) (+0.25 AP) magic damage each second to nearby enemies for 5 seconds. In addition, Udyr's ability power is increased by (15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55) and his attack damage is increased by half of that amount.
