Nice guide though! :)
This is a...Alright build. It'd really consider taking out the extra Phantom Dancer and BloodThirster and grab more utilizable items. Such as Frozen Mallet, Madreds BloodRazor, and even Trinity Force.
As for your masteries are good. I'd take out 1 point in Brute force and put it in Sorcery. (0.75% Cooldown Reduction > 1 AD.)
Last thing is your Skill Distrabution. I'd get Pheonix and Turtle Stance alot earlier in the game then what you have put. Pheonix is alot better then Tiger Stance.(In my opinion) And, Turtles Shield is a lifesaver in team fights and 1 on 1s. Tiger stance isn't that great unless you can get them into a 1 on 1 fight. Pheonix will easly out-damage it.
These are some fixs you should consider putting in. Unless your just wanting it to be the way you like to play. I understand if you don't want to change it. Just trying to make it better for Udyr players.

udyr is not a DPS carry, specing offensive and getting all DPS items really dosnt utilize his other stances such as turtle and phoenix.
id like to see how well early game you can handle harass since you hardly spec into Turtle Stance the most important...
also udyr dosnt need dmg stack to produce high amounts,its better to cover every aspect such a armor pen etc which will make u dominate evn harder.
