Hulkamania is about to run wild in LOL...lol. Or at least Udyr will be. This build has about a lil bit of everything, except AP. A good amount of armor/magic resist, speed in attack/movment, health, and just a lil damage. Now I haven't been able to test this build due to lack of access to LOL, it's not been letting me log on, but I'll give a run down on what I feel this build can do for you.

Summoner Skils:
Flash is for pop in or out effect, what I would prefer it be used for is to gank NMEs from the other side of walls so they are caught off guard.
Ghost is for the normal use.

Mastery Tree:
Zero offense.
9 in Defense, 3 into Hardiness, 1 in Resistance, 4 into Evasion, and 1 in nimbleness
21 in Utility, 3 in Perseverance, 1 into Haste, 4 in Awareness, 4 into Expanded Mind, 1 into Greed, 3 in Mediation, 3 in Quickness, 1 into Blink of an Eye, and 1 into Presence of the Master.

Skill Sequence:
In the skill build I try to make the Tiger Stance Level 5 first for the purpose of taking out turrets and creeps, which means this build can be used in jungling and laneing. Bear and Turtle Stance are even for a lil time but make it priority to finish Bear before Turtle so that you may stun/ help other lanes more often, then finish turtle. Phoenix Stance I saved for last this is due to the fact that you should do fine with farming without it, you may choose to take a point or two ahead of time if your not confident enough farming or creeping. I did make Bear Stance my Level 1 skill due to the movement speed/stun.

Rune Build:
3 Greater Quintessence of Regeneration = 15.12 Health Regen per 5sec
9 Greater Seal of Regeneration = 17.82 Health Regen per 5sec
9 Greater Glyph of Fortitude = 24.03 Flat Health
9 Greater Mark of Fortitude = 31.23 Flat Health
I believe the Runes of Regeneration to be a must for this build or at least a really good way to go, with a good chunk of health returning every 5sec. Now the Runes of Fortitude are really up to the player to keep or replace with whatever you may believe to go better in this build, I looked it over and went with the extra 55.26 Flat health for the start of the fight.

Item Purchase:
Buy some boots off the bat for great speed when in Bear Stance. Now if you have enough speed at the moment you can make the Zeals which will upgrade into the Phantom Dancers later on or go for the extra armor/dodge with the Ninja Tabi, after which you should make the other item. Next built should be the Phage for Damage/slow effect on NMEs. If your doing well off enough complete your 1st Phantom Dancers then make the other set of Zeals. Finish your Frozen Mallet and start on your Glacial Shroud, then complete the other Phantom Dancers. Then you Finish the Frozen Heart and start building Force of Nature.

Explanation:
The concept behind this build is to run in and out of ganks super fast while not allowing your target NME to leave alive. If all the items are built in a game there's no reason why anyone should be able to chase you down if you find yourself in a bad spot. The main reason behind maxing out Tiger Stance 1st is so you have the ability to destroy turrets fairly quick when your laneing NME(s) are mia or hopefully dead. I don't suggest jumping into team battles until your level 18 with this build so that you have Phoenix maxed out. All in all Force of Nature and your Runes should keep you in a nice looking Health Pool, the Phantom Dancers mixed with some Tiger Stance will bring down the house/ PDs with Ninja Tabi will allow you to dodge 1/2 the melee hits thrown at you. The combination of Frozen Heart/Mallet will lower you NME's movement/attack speed while upping your health/armor, with a nice 25% Cooldown reduction.

Conclusion:
Thank you for taking the time to read over this build. I do find it to be pretty solid, though is is a lack of Attack damage which I believe is more then made up by the bonus gain by the item/rune build and the lowering of the NME's speeds. Looking for to some constructive criticism and/or Props. Well that's it for now.
