good build

I think your build has a lot of things good about it, and a lot of things that need some work. But that might change come Season 12. I like the addition of Guardian Angel, it gives great utility in teamfights (because what vi ISN'T going to die charging in with R to get that 14/2 caitlyn?) and pretty decent base stats. What I fail to understand however is your Rock Smasher build having both Serylda's Grudge &&. Black Cleaver. It just seems like too much % pen, I could perhaps see it if instead of eclipse, you used Divine Sunderer, but there's no sign of that either.

The Collector works well with Vi as well, good flat pen and great ability to utilize it's passive. But moreover, Axiom Arc, is a very situational item when it comes to Top Lane VI. Combos like Q-AA-E-AA-R-AA-E work but even if you get the kill solo, that's 22.5 seconds (taking into account the inherent ability haste w/ axiom) shaved off a 90 second (?) cooldown. In teamfights however this item will excel, so I suppose this is why you chose it? It should not be your third item however by any means.

Lethal tempo as it is in pre-season is always a good pick with champions like Vi, I believe it's a lot more gimmicky and not nearly as strong as HoB, but there's always a chance with this game, and that's what makes it fun! Bone plating (in my opinion) lacks in comparison to runes like Conditioning (if you have something 150+ armor) or Revitalization, but if you're against burst it certainly helps. E max is always great to see! W max second is questionable, however. Lower Q cooldowns are always better, base lvl 1 W is good as is even when lvl 11.

TL;DR
Overall? Good guide! Should take a couple of things into consideration and swap runes / items out for things that may work better in that specific lane, but otherwise it's a damn job well done! Hail the off-meta!
