You shouldn't publish a unfinished guide because you have the option to save it. Unfinished guides usually get trashed by unknown votes as well as active members.

I'll just shoot a tip for your item build:

- IE, boots, shiv, BT, Last whisper is a good build. You're offering quite
a lot of unnecessary items after those. The second build used would be like this:

- Botrk, boots, Yomuu's, Last whisper, IE
