the first akali buid is just a straight up ap and damage i use this 1 alot and u should get 20 stacks easy with both for the damage and ap and be unstopable and if ur a person that cant last in a fight but can still do well id sugest the 2nd build wich is for keeping up ur health ur crescent slash is ur top ability in a fight so if u can just keep using it ur life steal and spell ja,p should give u alot of health back if im right u should get around 50% health back and if ur in a team fight or just killing minnions u should never die unless u have a team that runs from fight so now that u have 2 expert akali build go pwn some noobs. :)
