The reason I rush HP is because it is the most universal form of defence. Any magic type is going to have Magic pen. in masteries and/or runes. The only counter for a high HP tank is Madred's blood razors, which isn't an item that can be built until late game. Magic resist becomes important to reduce the damage madred's does. That's why I rush Warmogs. Although, if they were an AD strong team, then I wouldn't rush warmogs, it's more a counter for an AP strong team.

I like your masteries, but doing a Warmong rushing build like everyone else is pretty stupid... Just my opinion and kind of pointless because you'll naturally out-hping people even when they get giants belt... so if you just rush MR and Armor... then get HP afterwords you should be more tanked then most people and the Warmong rushing Cho' on the other team will be a "Chode-Gath" staying around the 2-3 stacks while you tower over them... just another WARMONG RUSHER... which isn't the best thing in the world... or at all in my OPINION... if I can.
