Just some quick notes...
1. Wriggle's lantern should be ignored if your going to lane as Udyr. It kills minions faster but poses no threats to the enemy. Grabbing a Stark's Fervor goes a long way, but just don't finish it at the early game.
2. More Health. You give adequate armor/MR but don't prioritize health. Warmog's Armor is a must.
3. 5 points into Tiger Stance? If you get a wit's end, Trinity Force, and a starks Fervor, and use Udyr passive correctly, you'll be fine with three points into Tiger. Prioritize Turtle instead.
4. A point into Phoenix at lvl 1 or 2 goes a long way...
5. I'm assuming that this build is for Twisted Treeline. If it is, grab Bear First for the bot/solo gank.
I do love the idea of getting a wits end though. I will be adding that to my personal build that I use. Just some ideas to let sit.
1) Wriggles gives him the most amount of sustain while in lane. It helps him regen mana, HP, and gives him a free ward. It means you won't ever be forced out of lane. It also gives AD, Armor and Lifesteal. It's good on him.
2) Warmog's armor isn't a must on him. You can try the Warmog's+Atmas, it's not the best item combo for him for he doesn't make use of the criticals.
3) Tiger Stance provides the highest amount of DPS among all of his stances. He needs to justify the DPS in Tanky DPS, so yeah, picking Phoenix over this isn't a good idea.
4) Usually you start with Bear if you're going to fight for a buff, or just lvl 1 fight in general, but if you go lane, start with 1 point in turtle, ALWAYS.
5) Nope, this build is for solo top at Summoners' Rift.
