Couple of questions about the items you get:
-First off I was just wondering why you don't get items, glyphs, or masteries to reduce Urgot's CDR. Since with around 30% CDR you can get 4 Acid Hunter hits with one use of the Noxian Corrosive Charge. This doubles the damage that you are capable of. Getting the Ionian Boots of Lucidity seems like a better choice with their CDR instead of Boots of Swiftness.
-Secondly: Do you upgrade your Tear of the Goddess to the Manamune or just keep the TotG? Seems like it would be better to sell the Prospector's Blade and invest in the Manamune.

Thanks.

To answer your questions:

I've not really messed with the CDR as of yet, I'll be trying it soon though, i've been more centered around just straight ArPen. I'm going to try it and give an update, Boots of Swiftness help get him around a bit, but if you do end up just straight defense, then yah lucidity is a great option.. I'll work that into a chapter in the build... "defending" section and a "roaming" section ..

I will definitely add in the sell the prospector's blade, as it's a great idea, however I've actually not played a game where I've needed to go much past that... but it's awesome advice i'll add it in...

Thanks much for the advice...
