I have tried this build with urgot and helped me well.
The high amount of cooldown enables you to fire more Acid Hunters into your marked enemy with Noxian Corrosive Charge.
Note: the homing Acid Hunter will keep homing in onto STEALTHED units like Akali using her smokebomb. Keep this in mind ;)
Early game especially with pushing opponents. Stay save and dash out with a combi of NOXIAN CORROSIVE CHARGE plus ACID HUNTER. You can take a reasonable amount of damage but deal a punch of damage to an attacker.
For the rest, stay safe for a good Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser swap and gank opportunity with your team. Try to dive in after a first fight to make easy kills, homing in your Acid Hunters.
