Frozen mallet is a big no-no on urgot. Plus you got a lot of auto-attack stuff here.
It's durable enough, but it's lacking damage.

I haven't tried this in a game yet, but I can already see it's a great support dps build, since you have more assists than kills usually. Unfortunately, support dps tends to be a niche that most serious teams can't use. I wouldn't recommend this build because of that. Otherwise, good build, fills the role intended.
