First off, a big warning. A great portion of the LoL community is convinced urgot is a "**** you at champion select", so you need to tell every team "I'm exploiting his early game and I found a way to lategame him. I'll mid." Copy and paste if you wish. I've been accused of trolling pregame, and even double queue dodge then ban before I started saying this.
I HAVE ESCAPED ELO HELL WITH THIS, STARTING FROM 1k.
Runes: Arpen marks/quints, mana/lvl seals, magic resist/lvl glyphs.
AD/lvl runes are also good but not optimal.
Skills: Max Acid Hunter and Terror capacitor first, but obvious point in corrosive charge. I found this to be the most effective.
Cleanse and Flash.

Meki pendant+health pot and mana pot to start, from there it is the following sequence:
Tear of the Goddess
Boots of Speed
Boots of Swiftness
Anti-magic build, use this against teams with no (or proven useless) physical carry and at least two mage carries. Hexdrinker serves as the brutalizer, and Spirit Visage serves as the Frozen Heart.
Boots of Swiftness
Item variables: You will buy ninja tabi or mercury treads over boots of swiftness if there is at least 4 DPS of one type. (Or 3 dps and 2 tanks). More health pots are good if you find yourself being outharassed early on.
If they have a minimum of three players with good amounts of armor, get Black Cleaver instead of your first Bloodthirster.
Playsyle: GO MID. Explain to your team that you have an exploit build. While you don't NEED mid to do well with this (from experience), it's incredibly nice. Always try to aim for last hits, and if this proves difficult use acid hunter as a last hit assister. If their mid is a squishy, you can rape them in 4-5 acid hunters at level 5. Harass till they have 500 or less hp and you're ready to kill them in the duration of a corrosive charge. Don't be afraid to chase behind their turret if they only need one more acid hunter to die, just watch your health and don't go if it will take 2-3. Out-harrass or kill them until the teamfight phase, being sure to completely deny them experience and gold (chase them away from minions and don't auto-attack minions, let them push away from the enemy tower).
Once you get manamune and basic boots, run around ganking lanes if they need help. If your lanes are fine, continue to farm mid. Throughout the game, if you are not killing champions you should be farming.
During teamfights, try hard to get corrosive charge on all the enemies, then aim for the squishy. Use only acid hunter if you have to keep your distance, otherwise run in and autoattack WHILE spamming acid hunter. Ultimate is best used to stop runners rather than initiate teamfights. However, if the enemy has a very fed physical attacker feel free to swap them into your team, disabling the enemy dps and getting a kill simultaneously. Don't be afraid to harass tanks too.
Happy fun time tips:
-Acid hunter can lock on through fog of war if your mouse is over them.
-Acid hunter's range (even through fog) is about equal to kog'maw's rank 3 ultimate, if you can lock on.
-Don't zerg like a tryndamere. You are a heavy support dps similar to morgana.
-Don't chase for early kills (-9) unless it's a sure thing.
-Use Corrosive Charge and terror capacitor to open, then hit with a few acid hunters and if possible auto attack. Getting the acid hunters down is slightly difficult. Once you can chain 3 acid hunters you will hurt a LOT.
-Terror capacitor slows activate upon acid hunter's HITS. This means you can activate it while a missile is midair to add a slow.
-If you need to spam dps, just keep hitting acid hunter and auto attacking. Use other skills if they are up and you have the mana.
-You can use your ult to catch runners.
-Keep blue buff up as much as possible before glacial shroud.
-Shoot acid hunter at minions while killing turrets to take advantage of the trinity force damage.
-Corrosive charge on the ground gives you sight for a short time, use it to preclear bushes.
Manamune: Infinite mana and 74 AD for 300 more gold than a BF sword? Yes please!
Boots of swiftness: Movement speed makes it easier to land ults and harrassment, plus makes escaping very easy.
Zeal: Same as above, cheap, nice Aspeed start, also builds into trinity force.
The brutalizer: More arp is desparately needed (you only have 25 passive and as much as 55 with corrosive charge before this item), and some nice AD/cdr which are needed. Builds into bad youmuu, so we sell it later and take the 400g hit.
Sword of the Occult: If you are not facerolling and escaping with this build, you're doing something wrong. SoO goes along with this. You can leave this item out and get a vampiric scepter in its place, but honestly Urgot is all or nothing.
The Bloodthirster: Expensive but obvious choice.
Infinity Edge: Same as above. Replaces SoO, which helps you not have to spend as much.
Phantom Dancer: Optional replacement for sword of the occult, usually worth doing for dps (and movespeed is nice too) but it will be rare that you get the money to finally do this. If you manage to reach this point, you are pretty much now Jesse Perring.
Frozen Heart: Very epic item, helps you backdoor and dive like a boss. Also nice for keeping lovely SoO stacks.
Optional: If your team is mostly squishy and needs a bit of a tank, get randuin's omen or banshee's veil over Infinity Edge. Hopefully you never get into that situation.
Removed Trinity Force from build, due to discovering it did not scale with bonus AD (I had assumed it did)
Re-added Trinity Force but adjusted some of the other items around the non-assumption of AD scaling. After much experimentation, I have concluded that Trinity Force is worth having even without bonus scales.

Worth noting is the fact I didn't perfect my build until I had 25 ranked games played. I usually do ranked solo for testing builds, due to the very very small length of norms.

-It's getting really hard to carry now, most of these games at the 1200 bracket are decided early on.
-Don't duo queue with anyone unless they have a non-banned main toon.
-A lot of my wins are from finishing trinity force and raping everything in sight before my team has the chance to vote surrender (literally, quadra kill last game with only up to trin, without being the fed carry of my team).
