This is my basic urgot build that I do fairly well with. When you think about it Q spamming to last hit minions and harassing with almost endless mana and having over 200 atk damage from manamune with the Inervating Locket regen you have to see why this build works well. Early game you want to rush a tear so you can spam Q and last hit minions with ease. Urgot does not have the range distance like other ranged characters so relying on q to last hit minions is nice to keep a distance and stay on top. Now with the health regen from mana pool you pretty much are building a force of nature with regen. You will be surprised at how fast your health regens when your mana pool starts to get massive. Early game laning and last hitting is key to not failing with this build. The longer your dead the more your farm is hurt and dont be shy buying wards for the bushes in the river to be key for ganks. Teleport comes in handy to help with not losing xp when Blue pilling. With the sheen and your q you will be hitting for some nice damage and the other team will be saying urgot might actually be a threat. This hybrid mana build has given me the most sucess out of any urgot builds ive tried.
