I prefer to get BT instead of IE if I'm not getting enough kills/farm so I can boost that as I'm working for IE. Also, I'd get Zeal before IE, his W relies a lot on AS if you're trying to attack one/multiple champs to hit with rain of arrows/ult/etc. |
