Varus Passive Ability
This build is still in progress!
When your playing Varus on hit there is going to be more skill needed to play him.
You will want to time your abilities with your basic attacks, reason being is because his W scales per hit and stacks 3 times. So what you will want to do is hit the opponent 3 times then use an ability on them so that your W procs on them more the most damage. With on hit you wont have to worry about how much health they have because your are going to be worrying about % damage. And this is why you are wanting to get the Blood razor first.
I choose flash and ignite. Unarguably there are other options, there is no doubt about that.
These are just my preferred abilities. So lets start with flash.
Its much better than ghost in the case that when you use ghost they know one of 2 things:
1. You are chasing them.
2. You are running from them.
So this makes it easy to juke your or for you to be juked. Flash is a surprise they don't know where you are going or what your attempting with it. It can be a life saver.
Next on the list, Ignite. I choose this because it seems a lot of people are running heal now-a-days. First its great for early game to get that first blood when they are running away, and second it counters healing effects very well. You can switch around the summoner abilities if you like and see what you like. I have been experimenting with surge for the extra boost in AP and AS.

For the runes you are going to be On-Hit, which is magic damage, with your magic penetration this is going to help you keep in touch with doing persistent damage through-out the game from early to late.
Now with playing as Varus it seems to be he is somewhat..... squishy, so I choose the armor and MR resist seals and glyphs.

Pros vs Cons
The Pros that i have found with Varus are plenty.
1. Hits with % damage so tanks are not a problem.
2. Not hard to sit back and deal the damage while your team does the work.
3. With his E and using Frozen Mallet its not hard to get out of trouble.
4. There is not one person thus far I have not been able to solo.
5. He can be played in any lane.
6. Is simply fun to play with!
