PLLEXZZZZ Note gentlemen. 9 is a guaranteed kill number of hits. MOST likely it will be even less. I just don't want to go around spreading false hope, with saying 6. Also, plz read the guide in its entirety. I know lots of people like to look at guides and be like PFFFt thats not what i use. vote down.
Ok, So im already seeing tons of guides, everyone loves AD, or AS but they don't see the true potential for her passive hits combined with AS+AD
Try this build out. I promise it will work, reasons for the stinger and sword of divine will show itself.
Also lets think about this. Why would i focus more on increasing AD?? I can increase my attack speed getting more hits yes. with slightly less damage. Even if AD and AS dont trade off equally like that(2 hits from AD doing 60 true damage or 3 hits in the same time with AS doing 60 true damage) WHY would AD or even AP be better? Vayne's passive which we will learn about is wayyyyy more important and stacks nicely with AS. Not only that but the item purchases stack even better.
Rough Estimates. every 3 hits she does 8 percent of the targets max health as magic damage. so thats 3 hits of regular damage, tumble bonus damage, coupled with final hour is quite a bit in only 3 hits.
Everyone has figured out to do Madreds as well so that ends up being.....
24!!!! percent of the targets max health every 3 hits as MAGIC DAMAGE. coupling AS+AD will maximize the utility of your hits. combined with her amazing speed and tumble she cant be stopped even kiting away.

Passive: Night Hunter
Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains bonus Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.
Trinity is not useful early game for her. It is extremely expensive. but is not necessary for hunting down the enemy This passive along with her ULT and ghost/exhaust and stun makes the target unable to get away. ANY MORE MOVEMENT SPEED(from items) IS A WASTE DONT LISTEN TO THE OTHER GUIDES.
Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. She rolls toward the cursor and her next attack deals bonus damage.
Awesome skill for narrowly escaping/ getting closer to the enemy + the AD gained is useful but focusing on this skill too hard is not nearly effective. As the percent scales well. but the passive, and Stun work much better in combo.
Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals a percentage of the target's maximum Health as bonus true damage. (Max damage vs. Monsters is capped)
This is the whole reason we are coupling AS and AD together. Holy Jesus Tanks will fear you; any character will fear you. in a matter of 9 hits you do 24 percent true damage, but this is in addition to your already damage, your stun. your slow. your epic speed. Coupled with madreds razors you do 100 percent damage of health in 9 hits. it doesnt matter what their armor or magic armor is. Thiss passive finds a way through it.
Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.
positional awareness is what you need for this skill. Selectively choosing when, and how to use this. A champion will eventually learn to not run around walls by you. but it still makes for a great use once you are ahead of them.
Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, stealth during Tumble, and quadruple the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter.
You kidding me? quadruple movment speed? why would anyone ever want more movement speed? In a ranked game you would never need that kind of movement speed. This is an overkill by itself almost, read on to see why in ranked games you wouldnt need anymore. Idiots who try to increase movement speed even more are idiots, doing idiot things.(with items anyways.)I have never had a catchup problem when im in the right place, ever. The only time you would want even more movement speed is if u are not where ur supposed to be when battles occur.
This one is just for those AS+ AD fans out there.
The main purpose of this one is to maximize the effective "cost" of AS and AD, yea u can go trinity, but u get a rather tiny cost/benefit from the AS+AD. lets look further for more details.
The obvious reasons for stinger, is the EXTREME cost effectiveness of the attack speed giving you an early lead in damage. Second comes the sword of the divine. She becomes an amazing mid Ganker with her amazing speed towards the target. most of the time you can already be at the other lanes, before anyone even notices you are missing. Activating Sword of the Divine makes your attacks UNDODGEABLE!!!!!(maximizing every speedy bullet). You simply tumble, get 2 hits, use Condemn. and just unload on them with ur amazing attack speed. if they do start to slip away after that, tumble will be up and ready to go giving you a few good last hits.
The reason increasing your run speed is not a good idea is because on a winning team, You should generally have the enemy pushed back and unwilling to come out making a chase impossible due to being locked behind the final turrets. Once an end game is reached (last few turrets) scrap the stinger if you are full on items and purchase a trinity. In the mid game Trinity isnt so important because of how fast you can run towards the target/Ghost away. but later on the 150 percent attack is extremely important, because it increases the effectiveness of what hits u can get off.
I shouldnt have to tell you there is lots of kiting, hit and run, team play strats,scraping some item purchases for certain champion match ups. This should just be known and all learned, what you can and can not do.
I shouldnt have to tell u what pro items to slip in, they are standard for most games.
Creeping / Jungling
you are super squishy with no real damage, dont go for the kill unless you are sure, just get last hits.
Once your boots, and Stinger are purchased. You can begin ganking immediately. And you will be really strong with it too. use your exhaust after your Stun on your condemn is up.
As with any play, it is important to get the Lizard and Golem buff when you can. when running between lanes kill what you can. This negates the need for an early phage or early mallet.
Pros / Cons
This hero does amazing damage with her passive.
The only con is that you are unbelievably squishy
Like i said before this build will maximize the cost efficiency of AS. Although the AD seems low, she gets bonuses from her skills, in addition to just many many many more hits over a few seconds. AD is relatively unimportant.
All pretty obvious. If her 3rd hit does such straight amazing damage, there is no need for the armor pen, that will come naturally from the items.
In this build make sure that your team knows you are going for the gank. for how much damage u do in a small time, the enemy will be forced to run away, giving even the most injured teammates a chance to get off a few hits. This build has the exhaust for the reason that early on you want ur teammates in on the ganks. Ghost is mostly for running away. But early used to quickly switch lanes. Like i said, most people wont even notice you are gone you switch lanes so fast.
Jungle area - Engage only when you are safe. If you even see an enemy on your flank, start running towards the rest of the group.Dont hesitate to use ur ghost. Once an enemy has been kited for a few hits, he will severely regret his decision to chase you. Giving you now the offensive. this Champ is one of the squishiest ways to play and you must run like a little sissy girl until you are fed properly.
This is the strongest mid game of all with perfectly cost effective item purchases, that can transition into the perfect end game, because of how strong the mid was, and passive. :P
