well it was difficult for me too but if u focus on farming and nothing else that's what i did and i succed

Now for ur first recall u have to get atleast a Bilgewater Cutlass so u will have some sustain from ur life steal in lane.For the build u will need a Blade of The Ruined King (BOTRK) then as long as u have the boots (Berseker's) u will need phantom dancer or statik shiv...it depends on how good u are at kite...if u are good enough take shiv beacuse u get a slight better movement speed (i think 1%) but it really is worth! After that u will need a ghost blade coz of the CD and for the active of course.You will need the CD for ur Q so in team fights u will be much more times invisible so that the enemy team cant focus you! An Infinity Edge (IE) is very important coz of the crit and its passive it makes u a true beast! Last but no least u most go for a def item something like GA or Banshee's but a scimitar is pretty good too but that depends on their team! But if their team has a lot of tanks i think that the best choice u can make (if u know how to play vayne very good) is to buy a Last Wisper (LW) beacuse they will have a lot of armor! and your true dmg won't be enough!^^ Hope i helped guys!^^
